Terms and Conditions
Consent Form Prior to a lactation consultant appointment and tongue-tie division, you will be asked to complete a consent form. This will be discussed, and all necessary information will be provided, so you can make an informed decision.
Payments During your appointment, if applicable, it will be assessed whether a tongue tie division is needed. Depending on findings will depend if a further £100 for a lactation consultant appointment only is needed or £190 for breastfeeding support and tongue tie division. Balance will be required prior to any services being given.
Images/Videos During your appointment, you will be asked if you are happy to have photos taken of your baby's tongue tie before and after the procedure. You will be asked to sign a consent form and choose whether these images are used as a record keeping purposes only, used for teaching materials, or for social media purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours notice to rearrange your appointment. Unfortunately, a cancelled appointment will incur a fee of £60 unless it is rearranged. Any additional payment made will be refunded. This is due to venues needing to be booked and paid for in advance in order to offer clients these services.
Complaints policy In the unfortunate event you need to make a complaint, a complaints form can be sent to you via email upon request. Please request this via email at thegentlelatch@outlook.com. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible
